Closing the gender gap in the Information Technology field.  By focusing on this issue everyday. Empoweing women and creating role models we can get this job done. We must engage governments, schools, families and media to play their role in empowering young girls to get into the ict sector. We need to improve the availibilty for basic education. Provide high quality basic knowledge in primary school for boys and girls. Connect through public private partership to break information gap. Affordability barriers must be broken and for the Economic Empowerment of women.  Access to the relevance of ict advocacy for future generations of ict leaders to shape the future. Awarness raising skills, the development of special affirmarive action with the focus of women will give them the tools needed to get be successful.
